About Red Hawk Realty
Red Hawk Realty is Cade and Daniella Carter, both licensed Texas agents working the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Cade got into real estate after helping his dad find a home when his agent was not doing the job, spent five years on the investing side running fix and flips, rentals and creative financing, then went full time as an agent to build his own business.
That background is the whole point. Most cash buyers advertising in DFW make money exactly one way, so they only ever have one number to hand you. Cade can buy your house as is, structure a creative option, or put it on the open market. Meet Our Team
Cade Carter
Founder | Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent
Cade Carter was born and raised in DFW and has sold homes across all six counties of the metroplex. He spent 2018 to 2023 on the investing side, running fix and flips, rentals and creative financing, then went full time as a licensed Texas agent to build his own business. He has sold more than 150 properties since. Being both an investor and an agent means he can look at your house from every angle instead of the one angle that pays him. If listing it puts more money in your pocket than selling it to him, he will tell you that.
Daniella Carter
Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent
Daniella is a licensed Texas agent and Cade's wife. She joined him in real estate in 2022 and works with clients across the metroplex, from investors to first time buyers. She and Cade work every file together, which means you get two people on your house instead of one.
